Buying and selling property and moving home can often be stressful with things not quite going the way you thought they would. So who better to examine, analyse and fix some of the issues other than the staff who work dilligently behind the scenes every day. Experiencing the issues and problems first hand along with the customer. Experts such as Estate Agents, Solicitors, Mortgage Advisors, Surveyors, Land Registry workers and furniture Removers?
But no one person or industry can truly transform an entirely organic, shifting and swaying being such as the whole Property Market. It needs collaboration on several different levels, from the ground up at worker level, through to management and then higher up still at Government level to change the law.
If you work in the property industry and within it's ancillary service industries, you are invited to join and help identify some of the most frustrating issues which very often occur over and over again without a solution being found.
By allowing all industry professionals to discuss the issues together, we might identify problems that are a normal everyday procedure for one industry but which causes a frustrating mess to tackle for another, the impact of which causes no end of problems and frustration.
If you participate in this group we can start to identify what impact certain aspects of the buying, selling and moving process has on each other, what knock on effects happen as a consequence, identify what is missing, that if it was put in would make a remarkable difference, and tackle the solutions and processes which need to be tweeked ever so slightly to smooth out the creases and Take the Stress out of Moving.
If you are interested in joining please see this post about who should join this group and why.
