Homestaging - Is it a dying art in today's tight Property Market?

I've today been having an interesting conversation with a Homestager about staging homes ready for sale and the fact that Estate Agents rarely offer Homestaging as an addition service to property sellers, even though it could make them and the home seller more money on the property sale.

Is Storage the answer in todays housing market?

With all the uncertainty in the housing market at the moment its little wonder sellers are often under stress during the selling process. There are many reasons why people move home, some reasons will override any economic influence such as divorce, death or job change, however the majority of moves in the UK are largely voluntary, ranging from the addition of a child, wanting more room, to the ultimate extreme- a lottery win.

I'd reported the case on my blog a couple of years ago, so the solicitor had contacted me to see if I knew where he was.

The…

The problem is that…
