Moving to North London? Considered Muswell Hill?
It’s a leafy suburb in North London. You feel in a suburban area even though you are only a few miles from the busy London metropolis. An affluent area that includes a high street with organic stores, specialist stores and clothes boutiques and a fish and chip shop/restaurant that is regularly nominated as the best in the UK.
Attractions/amenities- Muswell Hill Broadway is the main street within the area and offers amenities on both sides for everyday needs from getting your hair done, buying the daily essentials or watching the latest blockbuster at the Odeon cinema which is opposite a good sized Sainsbury’s.
Tubes/buses- If you need to leave the area Muswell Hill does not have a tube station however Highgate Station is a small bus ride away and Highgate station is in zone 3. Buses are available to Tottenham Court Road and will take about 45 minutes depending on the time of day.
Banks- A large number of High Street banks can be accessed in Muswell Hill including Natwest and Nationwide, HSBC, Santander and The Halifax.
Churches- The Hispanic church St James is one of the dominate building in the area offering services in Spanish every Sunday.
